日式猪扒盖饭




 
 
乱搞猪扒饭,不过却很合老公的口味。 
 
猪扒肉4片 (用刀背拍松猪扒)
 
腌肉料:
 
盐,胡椒粉少许
 
材料 1
生粉 适量
鸡蛋1粒
苏打饼 3片 压碎
 
材料 2:
蕃茄 1粒 切四瓣
洋葱头 1粒 切块
蛋 1粒 (打散)
 
调味料:
酱青 2Tbsp
味霖 2Tbsp
糖   1tsp
水少许(如果有柴鱼汤,跟棒了)
 
做法:
 
1。猪扒肉用腌肉料腌半小时。
 
2。腌好的猪扒上沾满生粉,蛋液最后沾上压碎的苏打饼。再放入烧好的油锅炸到金黄色即可,备用。
 
3。烧热油锅,放入洋葱头略炒,加入蕃茄和调味料煮滚。
 
4。转小火,放入炸猪扒,倒入蛋液,即可关火。
 
5。倒入饭上,用紫菜丝装饰,即可享用。
