蛋皮寿司卷



                                                         
这寿司是用剩饭做的,因为不是日本米所以包的不够扎实。不过还蛮好吃的。

剩饭 一碗(蒸烧)
鸡蛋 两粒(煎成一片片薄薄的蛋皮)注:不要太过薄,不然包时会破。
火腿部两片(切条)
蟹柳两条
日本海苔味粉色少许
Mayo  少许

做法:
蛋皮埔在桌上,涂上少许mayo撒上少许海苔粉然后埔上剩饭在加上火腿和蟹柳。就可卷     起,切小快吃。
