韩式蜜糖奶油炸鸡



韩国大姐的这道真的美味极了,绝对让你吃不停。


韩式蜜糖奶油炸鸡 (食谱来自:Maangchi)
约 1kg的鸡翅膀 

材料A:
1/2 tsp 盐
1/4 tsp 黑胡椒
2粒蛋
1/4 杯 马铃薯粉
1/4杯 面粉
1/2 tsp baking powder

蜜糖奶油酱:
4 Tbsps 无盐奶油
2瓣 蒜头 (切碎)
1/4杯 糖或黄糖 (我用黄糖,只放2大匙)
2 tsps 酱油
2 tsps 蜜糖
 
1)鸡翅膀和材料A用手拌均匀。

2)热一锅油,放入鸡翅膀炸直金黄和脆熟,取出不要关火,再把金黄色的脆鸡翅放入油锅炸多7-8分钟。(炸时间中要翻面哦)取出备用。

3)热锅转小火,放入无盐奶油待溶化后,放入切碎蒜头,炒到香和金黄(不要黑,会苦)。
放入酱油和糖拌均匀,再加入蜜糖拌均匀。最后加入炸鸡翻拌均匀,确保鸡肉都沾到奶油蜜糖。起锅即可享用。
