马琳糖Meringue
放嘴里咔咔咬几声后就化在嘴里,非常轻盈。。
不行了,独角兽我只能做几只,搞造型会去掉我的半条命。。剩下的加点绿茶粉,挤出成"粪"型了,每挤一个就被笑一次。
打蛋,挤,画造型和烤共用了5小时多,出来的成品都做不到一罐
材料:
冷蛋白 2个
细砂糖 55g
玉米粉 1 tbsp
糖粉 30g
食用色素 (如果要做绿茶或巧克力口味就用1/2茶匙的绿茶粉或1 Tbsp Coco powder )
1) 蛋白放入无油无水的盆里,放入55g糖,用打蛋器以高速打直硬性发泡(一定要是硬性发泡)。
2)放入玉米粉,继续打到霜结实。
3)筛入糖粉和绿茶粉或可可粉,用硅胶刀拌匀。
4)裱花袋里放入花嘴,把蛋白霜放入袋里。挤出你喜欢的形。
5)上下火120度预热烤箱,放入底层。烤直蛋白霜外皮干硬(可以用一支木筷子碰一下蛋白霜,如果蛋白霜没沾到筷子或很轻易的推动表示已烤好)。
6)从烤箱出来的马琳糖,马上放入密封罐里。
