油焖虾
油焖虾
虾 12只
生抽 1汤匙
料酒 2大匙
糖 2茶匙
蕃茄酱 1茶匙
清水 3汤匙
姜 1小块
葱 2段
1)虾去须,开背取掉虾肠。
2)热锅,2大匙热油,放入葱段和姜片,待煎至香。
3)放入虾,煎至两面熟,放入料酒,生抽,糖翻炒均匀。
4)再加入蕃茄酱炒匀,加入少许水,盖锅焖小片刻,大火收汁,即可。
