蒜香椰糖叉烧



孩子们喜欢。

蒜香椰糖叉烧   (食谱取自:Poi Ming Wong)
材料:
五花肉 (去皮)
蒜头 1颗
椰糖 150g
清水 适量

调味料:
蚝油 2-3大匙
生抽 2大匙
黑酱油 2大匙
绍兴酒 1大匙

做法:
1)将所有的材料倒入五花肉里拌匀,放入冰箱腌6小时以上。

2)热锅放入油,以中小火翻煎五花肉直两面香。

3)锅里多余的油倒出,然后加入适量的水,带皮蒜头分瓣和椰糖,水要盖过五花肉。

4)以中小火焖45分钟直倒肉汁变浓。
